Selling, transferring, or renting an account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

joye 9 may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account and withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on joye 9 are currently available through the following methods:

4.2 Minimum Limits

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

joye 9's regular promotions are listed below. Each has its own conditions:

• Weekly joye 9 Reload: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• joye 9 Friday Special: 50% of deposit, up to ৳12,000, wagering 20x. Can be claimed once every Friday and cannot be combined with any other deposit offer in the same week.
• joye 9 Slots Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 25x. Can be claimed up to twice per month for wagering on slot games only.
• joye 9 Birthday Treat: Up to ৳2,000 reward, wagering 10x. Can be claimed once in the birthday month registered on the account, and the support team must be informed in advance.
• Refer a Friend joye 9 Gift: Up to ৳3,000 reward, wagering 15x. The referrer can claim this reward when each successfully referred friend completes their first deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Before claiming any bonus, the full terms of the relevant promotion must be read. joye 9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Whether multiple bonuses can be used together is specified in the terms of each offer.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game results on the joye 9 platform are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. No game result can be predetermined or influenced. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, joye 9 reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wagered amount.

6.2 Bet Limits

6.3 Sports Betting

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent closure of the relevant account and funds held may be confiscated.
